The 1.5-acre park features 10,000 SF of green space, lush landscaping, seating alcoves, and an amphitheater. Circling the oval-shaped lawn, ºÚÁÏÉç’s pedestrian paths run northeast to southwest, promoting connections between Union Station and the evolving West Loop. In addition to the Main Lawn, the park includes a variety of smaller spaces that allow for a range of events and activities, including onsite dining—all set against the backdrop of the iconic headhouse.

ºÚÁÏÉç at 320 offers a robust schedule of programming, including live music, fitness classes, a farmers market, arts & cultural performances, and more – all free and open to the public.

Getting Here

Located just south of Union Station, ºÚÁÏÉç at 320 sits at the base of the office tower. The park can be accessed via pedestrian paths off of Van Buren and Clinton streets or through the breezeway adjacent to the building’s lobby on Canal Street. Regardless of your origin, getting to ºÚÁÏÉç at 320 is easy and convenient.

How ºÚÁÏÉç
Came to Be

ºÚÁÏÉç at 320 South Canal is the largest privately owned public park in Chicago’s Central Business District. In June of 2022, and Convexity Properties opened ºÚÁÏÉç as a part of the development adjacent to Union Station. The park was designed by award-winning Chicago-based architects and landscape architecture firm .
